However, due to the nature of our products (nicotine and hygiene concerns), our return and exchange policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and compliance of our inventory.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Defective Items: Products that are defective upon arrival or malfunction within the manufacturer's warranty period.
- Unopened Products: E-liquids and nicotine-containing products must be unopened and sealed. Once a bottle is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations.
- Unused Hardware: Vape devices, tanks, coils, and accessories must be in their original, unopened packaging, or if opened, must be unused, in perfect condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of payment is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Opened E-Liquids: Any bottle of e-liquid or nicotine salt that has been opened or tampered with. Used Batteries: For safety reasons, used or charged batteries are non-returnable.
- Personal Hygiene Items: Any item that comes into direct contact with the mouth (e.g., used mouthpieces) if the seal is broken and the item shows signs of use.
- Clearance & Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased at a discount are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- Age-Restricted Products: Products returned without proper ID verification at the time of purchase may be refused.
3. Defective Products & Warranty
If you receive a defective product (e.g., a mod that won't turn on, a tank that leaks immediately):

- Verification: We may require photos or a video of the defect to process the claim.
